STEP BY STEP PROCESS
Request Supplement
In Phase 1, the contractor will submit a request through their CRM notifying Prime to start the supplement. In this phase, Prime will review the claim documents & photos provided to confirm we can move to the next phase.
Prepare Supplement
Phase 2, Prime will prepare the estimate. Once prepared, Prime will request for the contractor to review the estimate and confirm the estimate is ready to be submitted to the insurance carrier.
Submit Supplement to Carrier
Phase 3, Prime will submit the estimate to the insurance carrier on your behalf. The email will include the estimate, photos, and code documentation.
Weekly Updates with Carrier
Phase 4, Prime will confirm the documentation has been received by the insurance carrier and continue to follow up 2-3x a week with the carrier until we have received the updated scope.
Communication with the carrier will be documented in your CRM to keep the contractor up to date.
Send Final Invoice to Carrier
Phase 5, Prime will review the post build photos and create a final invoice to release the depreciation and include post build supplements if applicable. The final invoice will be submitted to the insurance carrier on your behalf.
Confirm All Money
has been Released
Phase 6, Prime will follow up with the carrier 2-3x a week until the carrier confirms ALL money has been released to the insured.
